Returns and Refund Policy

Pump Equipment USA retains the right as to whether an item may be returned or order canceled. Once order is placed the order cannot be canceled, nor the item returned unless Pump Equipment USA expressly consents.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your shipment is damaged or missing items upon arrival, please notify Pump Equipment USA immediately. We will only consider damage shipments within (30) days from the shipment date.

When contacting Customer Service, please have the listed items below:

  • Pictures of the damaged item
  • Pictures of the shipping box (2 sides and the label)
  • Description of the damage

Returns

Prior approval for return must be given by Pump Equipment USA. To request a return, contact our sales team at sales@pumpequipmentusa.com. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Refunds

Generally, Pump Equipment USA will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any carrier returned service fees will be taken out of the refund or be added to the new replacement order.

Only unused and undamaged items in original product packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for return to stock.
All credits/refunds are based on acceptance of material as new and unused in original product packaging by our inspection personnel.

Restocking Fees

Pump Equipment USA may impose up to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee on items returned. In most cases, these fees come direct from the manufacturer.
