Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pump Equipment USA, we work to process, ship, and deliver your order quickly and reliably. This page explains our processing times, shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, tracking, and restrictions.
Order Processing Times
- Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
- Large, custom, or backordered items may require additional handling time. If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship within the United States using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For oversized equipment, freight carriers may be used.
- The carrier is selected based on item size, weight, content, and destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout unless otherwise advertised.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are determined by item weight/dimensions, shipping method, and destination, and are displayed at checkout.
- From time to time, promotional or free shipping may apply if specifically advertised on the product or during checkout.
- Freight shipments may incur additional services (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery, appointment scheduling). We’ll contact you if extra fees apply before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Ground: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (continental U.S.).
- Expedited Options: may be available at checkout; transit times vary by carrier and destination.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, and other factors outside our control can cause delays.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Track your shipment on the carrier’s website for the most current delivery updates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Please provide a valid street address and ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact us right away. In line with our Returns & Refund Policy, damage claims are considered within 30 days from the shipment date.
- For faster resolution, include photos of the item, shipping box (two sides + label), and a brief description of the damage.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace/claim.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address corrections requested after dispatch may not be possible and could incur carrier fees.
- If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, return shipping and carrier fees may apply.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless expressly approved by Pump Equipment USA. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
